Out of Area Surrogate: If she does not live within the driving distance to the IVF clinic, you will be reimbursed for:
1. Airfare for her and her significant other for the screening appointment and the embryo transfer procedure
2. Hotel for the screening appointment and retrieval procedure
3. Local transportation to and from your local airport and to and from the airport near the IVF clinic
4. Parking at her local airport
5. Per day meal allowance, including travel days
Surrogate Requirements/Qualification
  • Be between the ages of 21-38
  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be a non-smoker
  • Be a U.S. citizenNot receiving any State financial aid (welfare)
  • Dependable car and driver’s license
  • No major complications during previous pregnancies or deliveries
  • Have had no more than 4 vaginal deliveries or 2 C-sections
  • Live in a surrogacy friendly state (please contact us if unsure about your state)
  • Be in a stable living situation
